Favorite thing about emergency medicine: I love being able to help someone every time that I come to work!
Why Kaweah for residency:Â Kaweah is the only big hospital for miles so we get to serve a vast population in need as well as get great training from dedicated faculty and staff members
Favorite day-off activities:Â Reading fiction, baking, starting overly ambitious craft projects
Previous life before medicine:Â Teaching, writing, teaching writing
Future goals and dreams:Â Finally get around to reading all the books next to my bed and then go out and get more
